Delivering planning solutions for complex projects across the South East
With extensive planning experience in both local authority and the private sector, Rebekah Jubb has been a Partner at Bell Cornwell since 2013; managing business operations as well as leading our Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire teams of Chartered Town Planners.
Expertise
Rebekah’s portfolio of commercial and residential clients cover a huge variety of proposals, from householder to mixed-use developments, reflecting the broad cross-section of work we do as a practice. She has been retained by a number of national developers and has a proven track record of successfully delivering planning permissions for complex projects and helping clients achieve their objectives. Rebekah has expertise in development management; she enjoys working alongside many specialist consultants, unpicking difficult projects, navigating a way through and bringing it all together to negotiate a solution.
Experience
Rebekah has experience across the country having worked at local authorities in Sussex and Hertfordshire, providing a good mix of urban and rural planning issues before moving to the private sector with a large multi-disciplinary consultancy, which gave her exposure to bigger projects. In 2004 she sought out Bell Cornwell for its specialist focus on planning and now distributes her time across our offices in Buckinghamshire and Hampshire and Hertfordshire.
Education
Rebekah graduated with a degree in Geography from Durham University and then quickly began planning for the public sector. Whilst working she studied for her Royal Town Planning Institute accredited Masters degree with Westminster University and became a member of the institute in 2003.
