Jonathan Jarman

Jonathan is one of our longest serving planners having joined the Bell Cornwell team in 2008 and is now an Associate based in our Hampshire office. Jonathan has an eclectic range of planning experience and provides valuable advice and services across the South East.

Expertise

Jonathan has ample experience within the residential and commercial sectors, working on developments of varying sizes on behalf of his clients. He primarily works on sites within the Home Counties, particularly around Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and also the Chilterns. He is a specialist in matters involving the Green Belt and establishing a fallback position to advance proposals.

Experience

Having spent his planning career within the private sector, Jonathan has built a strong network of specialists, essential to delivering a strong case on behalf of his clients. On a day-to-day basis, Jonathan assists in the preparation of planning applications, appeals, Certificates of Lawfulness, prior approvals and addressing any associated planning obligations.

Education

Jonathan attended Oxford Brookes University where he gained both an upper first-class degree and a post-graduate Diploma in Town and County Planning (with Honours). He is also a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
