The flexible B2/B8 use will enable our client to meet the acute demand for modern industrial and logistics space in this prime West London location. With excellent accessibility to Heathrow Airport and the strategic road network, the development will create a significant economic boost, generating at least 40 new jobs on-site.
Through collaborative pre-application engagement with officers at the London Borough of Hillingdon, a high-quality design response was finely tuned to address the Site’s many constraints.
