Bell Cornwell has helped to secure the approval of reserved matters for a large-scale employment development to the SW of Exeter on behalf of Exeter Estates.
The development that has been approved forms phases 2-5 of a 33ha development site and comprises over 45,000 sqm of new employment floorspace. The floorspace is split across 13 buildings, for uses within Use Classes E(g), B2 and B8.
Very careful consideration was given to the siting, orientation and massing of the buildings to reduce their visual impact and create an attractive and uncluttered working environment.
The employment buildings are set within a high-quality landscaped setting. There is almost 5,000 sqm of green amenity space, made up of 15 amenity areas for employees, with seating and planting.
