We are happy to share that we recently secured approval to vary conditions related to event capacity for a large stadium redevelopment scheme following an earlier grant of conditional planning permission.
Originally permitted in 2013 for a major expansion increasing spectator capacity to 20,600, additional conditions restricted music concerts to 3 per year with maximum attendance of 10,000 people. Our latest successful application involved negotiating with the Local Planning Authority to vary these limitations.

Through constructive dialogue with council planners, we achieved permission to host up to 6 music concerts annually between May and mid-July. Critically, increased attendance up to 15,500 per concert is now enabled. Weekends outside of bank holidays and school breaks will help minimize local disruption.
