Martin Moss joined Bell Cornwell’s team in 2023 and is an Associate, based in our London office.
Experience
Martin is a Chartered (MRTPI) Town Planner with extensive experience of providing planning advice for a wide range of mixed use, commercial and residential development proposals for a variety of landowners and developers throughout the UK, with a particular focus on London and the South-East.
He is involved in all aspects of providing town planning advice – from small projects to major proposals. Martin does regularly advise on residential and mixed use schemes with particular experience within Central London, in particular Westminster and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) where he has a good working relationship with officers. Martin also specialise’s in hotel schemes and has worked on a number of care home developments throughout the South East of England.
